Quality control method
1. The camera examination should meet requirement of NO.1;
2. Using the calliper to measure the size of the camera, positioning holes, lens height and others, which should meet the requirements of 2;
3. The camera is connected to the display module or the displayer for detection, and the image cant appear the phenomenon such as distortion;
4. When the camera is working, using the oscilloscope to measure the video output amplitude of the video signal: 0.8~1.2VP-P/75Ω;
5. When the camera is connected to the displayer, and the standard colour card is placed 0.8 meters in front of the camera, the image on the observation monitor should be consistent with the real scene;
6. High and low temperature test
The temperature is maintained at 70 ° C for 2 h, the normal energy is applied, and the temperature is negative at 30 ° C for 2 h, the power-on test can work normally;
7. There must be no vignetting around the image;
8. Stability test, continuous aging for 24 hours, no failure should occur;
